Core ADU Unit Features
- Galvanized and painted steel frames. Galvanized and steel frames are designed to be rust and water resistant and will greatly extend the lifespan of the product.
- Wired and plumbed to meet U.S. standards. So you are ready to move in, no confusing plugs or having to add plumbing to your home.
- 2” of EPS insulation in the outer walls, to keep you comfortable.
- 2” of fiberglass insulation in the floors to keep you comfortable.
- 2” of EPS insulation in the ceilings to keep you comfortable.
- The middle section of the roof is galvanized and painted steel and the expandable portion of the roof has an added FRP (fiber reinforced panel) added to keep you comfortable and dry.
- Fiber-cement (MGO) flooring boards are made to be water, flame, mold/mildew and pest resistant.
- Heavy duty 1.6mm vinyl flooring is strong and durable.
- Sliding glass doors and windows are both functional and beautiful.
- Our units come with all indoor trim and moldings so you are ready to move in.
- Full size toilet and sinks are already installed, so you are ready to move in.
